简要说明
一、本篇资料综合反映广东对外贸易、利用外资、对外承包工程和劳务合作以及“三资”企业工商登记等历年概况和近年发展的详细情况。
二、本篇资料由广东省统计局贸易外经处负责整理、编辑。
三、资料来源和统计范围：
1. 人民币对美元、日元、港元的年平均汇价资料来源于外汇管理部门，是根据当年国家外汇管理局提供的每日汇价进行加权平均计算而得出的。
2. 进出口贸易规模、结构情况资料，来源于广州海关，统计范围为在广东境内经海关报关注册登记的经营单位（包括有进出口经营权和无进出口经营权的经营单位）。进出口商品价值，出口按离岸价（FOB）、进口按到岸价（CIF）统计；进出口商品分类按海关合作理事会制定的《商品名称及编码协调制度》（HS）目录进行分类统计。
3. 利用外资规模、结构和广东对外承包工程和劳务合作状况资料来源于省外经贸厅。
4. 外商投资企业注册登记情况资料来源于省工商行政管理局。
5. 对外开放使用口岸分布状况资料来源于省外经贸厅。
Brief Introduction
Ⅰ. The data in this chapter show the development of Guangdong's foreign trade, utilization of foreign capital, contracted projects and labor services cooperation with foreign countries or regions, and registration status of enterprises with foreign investment over the years.
Ⅱ. The data in this chapter are prepared and edited by the Division of Trade and External Economic Relations Statistics of Statistics Bureau of Guangdong Province.
Ⅲ. Data sources and statistical coverage:
(1) The data on the average exchange rates of RMB yuan to US dollar, Japanese yen and Hong Kong dollar over the years come from the State Administration of Foreign Exchange. The annual average exchange rate is calculated as the weighted mean of the daily exchange rates provided by the State Administration of Foreign Exchange in current year.
(2) The data on the size and composition of [BF]Guangdong's imports[BFQ] and exports come from Guangzhou Customs Office. The statistics cover the operating units (with or without the right to handle imports and exports) which have a declaration and register at customs within the boundary of Guangdong. The values of export commodities are calculated on an FOB basis, while the values of import commodities are calculated on a CIF basis. The Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System (HS) stipulated by the Customs Cooperation Council is used in the classification of import and export commodities.
(3) The data on the scale and composition of the utilization of foreign capital and the conditions of contracted projects and labor cooperation with foreign countries or territories in Guangdong come from the Department of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation of Guangdong Province.
(4) The data on registration status of enterprises with foreign investment come from the Administration of Industry and Commerce of Guangdong Province.
