11 Agriculture Brief Introduction      ¢ñ.The data in this chapter show the basic conditions of agricultural production and rural economy in Guangdong, including mainly rural labor force, output value of agriculture, output of major products, production and sale of major agricultural products by rural households, as well as statistics on natural disasters in agriculture and township enterprises.      ¢ò.The data in this chapter are mainly prepared and provided by the Division of Rural Socio-economic Statistics of Guangdong Provincial Bureau of Statistics and Division of Rural Household Survey under Guangdong Survey Office of the National Bureau of Statistics.ª¥.      ¢ó.The data in this chapter mainly come from The Comprehensive Statistical Tables on Farming, Forestry, Animal husbandry and Fishery of Guangdong Province and sample surveys on rural households. The statistical coverage of the statistical reporting summary scheme includes all productive units of farming, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery and units engaged in farming, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery in non-agricultural sectors with various types of ownership in cities, counties and districts of Guangdong Province.      IV. Some data of 2006 and 2007 in this chapter are adjusted in accordance with the regulations of the second national agricultural census.
